Recipe: MASHED POTATOES

Ingredients
  • 2 pounds Yukon Gold potatoes peeled
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 6 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • Kosher salt to taste
Preparation

In a pot, cover potatoes with water and cook until potatoes are soft all the way through. In a separate pot, add ½ of the heavy cream and butter. When hot, put potatoes in, smashed until you get lumpy consistency. Add salt and pepper to taste.
