Good news. Britney Spears says she’s going to stay quiet about her private life.
The belly baring singer is in a snit because she thinks that an Allure article about her ran too much info about her — including tidbits that she told the magazine. Spears confided to the mag that she and her new hubby, Kevin Federline, were having some issues.
“We hit a little bit of reality, hardcore, after the first three weeks. But we handled it fine, and now things are starting to go really smooth,” Spears told the magazine.
Now, it seems that Spears regrets having been so candid. “I feel the article focused too much on my personal life and various events from my past,” she opines on her Web site. “I’ve already dealt with these issues with the support of my family & friends and have fully moved on. In the future, I will refrain from discussing my private life in interviews.”
Madonna the movie star
The spiritual girl is being coached by her Kabbalah advisers that now would be a good time to get back into acting in a big way, says a well-placed source.
“There was some hope that she might become the main pitchwoman for Kabbalah energy drink, but then it was decided that now was the opportune time for her to further her acting career,” says the insider. “So they’re hoping that Ashton Kutcher will step up to the plate and pitch it.”
Madonna’s rep dismisses the talk. “I’ve heard this rumor before. I can’t imagine where it came from,” Liz Rosenberg told The Scoop. “Madonna is currently in the studio working on a new album, editing a documentary film of her last tour, working on a sequel to The English Roses, her best selling children’s book and of course busy with her family. I wouldn’t rule out acting in her future but her plate seems pretty full at the moment.”
