Vivian Schiller is Senior Vice President and Chief Digital Officer at NBC News, leading NBC News Digital— the digital division of NBC News. Her responsibilities include strategic oversight of the network’s presence on the web, in mobile and devices, and on social media, including world class brands such as NBCNews.com, TODAY.com, theGrio.com, NBCLatino.com, NBCPolitics.com, Nightly News, Meet the Press, Rock Center, Dateline, Newsvine, EveryBlock, BreakingNews, and the existing apps and digital extensions of these respective properties. Vivian was most recently President and CEO of NPR, leading all of NPR's worldwide media operations, including the organization's partnerships with a network of more than 900 public radio stations.

Jennifer Brown is Vice President & Executive Editor of TODAY.com. Jennifer was formerly the General Manager of TODAY.com, managing the digital operations of the site. She has served many roles within the TODAY.com organization, including producer, senior producer and director of strategy and development. Jennifer joined NBCNews.com in 2006 as the coordinating web producer for MSNBC’s primetime lineup.

Gregory Gittrich
VP of News and Product & Executive Editor of NBCNews.com

Gregory Gittrich is Vice President & Executive Editor of NBCNews.com. Gregory is responsible for managing the editorial voice and growth strategy for NBCNews.com, including oversight of the existing apps and other digital extensions. Gittrich joined NBC News from the NBC Owned Television Stations group, where he was the vice president of digital media and editor-in-chief of NBC Local Integrated Media. Before joining NBC in 2008, he was assistant managing editor of the New York Daily News.

Chris Peña
Executive Editor of NBCLatino.com

Chris Peña is the Executive Editor of NBCLatino.com. A 16-year veteran of television news, Chris leads all aspects of the business, including coordination of the technical development, staffing & hiring, editorial vision and sales & marketing for NBCLatino.com. Previously, Chris was Assistant News Director at the NBC-owned station in Chicago, supervising nearly 100 employees and overseeing the station’s daily newsgathering efforts, as well as the long-form special projects group.

David Wilson
Executive Editor of theGrio.com

David A. Wilson is the founder and executive editor of theGrio.com-- NBC News' video-centric website that focuses on news and opinion that affects and reflects the African-American community. Wilson also directed and wrote MSNBC's award-winning documentary, "Meeting David Wilson," a film that chronicled his personal journey to find answers to today's racial disparities in America. Previously, David served as lead producer and overlooked newsroom operations for NNS (Network News Service) a national news gathering service and an ABC, CBS, and Fox News conglomerate.

Richard Wolffe
Vice President & Executive Editor of tv.msnbc.com

Richard Wolffe is Vice President & Executive Editor of tv.msnbc.com, as well as the cable brand's new digital home when the site launches in 2013. Wolffe is an award-winning journalist and political analyst for MSNBC. He is a New York Times best-selling author and former journalist for the Financial Times and Newsweek.

Ryan Osborn
VP of Digital Innovation

Ryan Osborn is Vice President of Digital Innovation, overseeing all social media initiatives for NBC News Digital. Ryan is also focused on creating innovative digital experiences around the news division. He is integral in concentrating efforts around newsgathering, promotion and distribution to reinforce the NBC News digital strategy. He has helped to establish and grow an online audience through Facebook, Twitter, Posterous, Tumblr, Foursquare, Instagram, GetGlue, Google+ and others, and works closely with digital and TV production teams to build key cross media initiatives such as the Toyota Concert Series on TODAY, NBC Politics and Education Nation.

Bonnie Optekman
VP of TV Connect

Bonnie Optekman is Vice President, Connected TV for NBC News Digital, overseeing efforts to extend NBC News content to non-traditional platforms and on-demand delivery. Bonnie began her career at NBC in a role that focused on making sure information technology met production requirements for NBC News Worldwide. Previously, Bonnie was a writer and producer at CBS News, where she earned two Emmy awards for "In The News". Bonnie began her career in television at CBS as Walter Cronkite's assistant. She is also a member of RTNDA, NATAS, and Hofstra University School of Communication Advisory Council.

Andrew Locke
VP of Mobile and Devices

Andrew Locke is Vice President of Mobile and Devices for NBC News Digital, leading product strategy and development for mobile and tablet devices, interactive TV and other emerging platforms. Locke joined msnbc interactive in 1996, and prior to his current position he lead msnbc's digital video business and multimedia news team. Prior to joining msnbc interactive, he worked in digital media for the Atlanta Journal-Constitution, the Los Angeles Daily News and News Corporation.


Sales

Peter Naylor
EVP, Digital Media Sales, NBC News Digital Group

Peter Naylor is an Executive Vice President of Digital Media Sales for NBC News Digital. He oversees advertising sales for the company’s news digital properties including NBCnews.com, MSNBC.com, CNBC.com, Today.com, iVillage.com, as well as the Universal Audience Platform. He also leads sales efforts of emerging digital platforms for NBC News Digital like Zeebox and TV Everywhere. Naylor sits on the boards of The Internet Advertising Bureau (current chairman of the board) and The Online Publishers' Association (current treasurer).

Brian Matthews
SVP, Digital Media Sales, NBC News Digital Group

Brian Matthews leads the national advertising sales team for NBCNews.com, MSNBC.com, TODAY.com & iVillage.com. He previously served as Vice President for the NBCU Entertainment team delivering innovative advertising solutions for the past 4 years. Before coming to NBCU, Brian held various sales positions with CNN Digital, the BBC and Scripps Interactive.



Technology & Creative Development

John Keegan
VP of Technology Strategy

John Keegan is Vice President of Technology Strategy at NBC News Digital. In this role, John works on all of the technology stages of the launch of the new cable site for MSNBC TV. Previously, John was Director of Technology for NBC News, leading the technology efforts for the re-launch of theGrio.com, the launch of NBCLatino.com, as well as NBC Dateline's "Chatline." John joined NBC from Fox News, where he most recently was VP of Web Services, overseeing the technology management of their flagship foxnews.com site in addition to foxbusiness.com and a growing stable of blogs and microsites.

JoAnne Kennedy
VP of Technology

JoAnne Kennedy is responsible for directing and managing the NBC News Digital's Technology department which includes software development, operations, office of the architect and video engineering as well as client services. Kennedy joined NBCNews.com in 2005 where she was Sr. Director of Product Development before becoming the Vice President of Technology in late 2008.

Ashley Wells
VP of Creative Development

Ashley Wells leads the Creative Development department and acts as the company’s Creative Director. His team of designers and developers shape the sites’ form and function from product innovation and site structure to storytelling and advertising experiences. Wells recently lead a redesign of story pages on msnbc.com and TODAY. He joined NBC News in 1999 to produce early interactive TV applications for NBC Nightly News.
