    >> good morning, everyone at home. this country is not the only country dealing with extreme weather this weekend. in britain, rivers burst their banks, killing several people, flooding homes and washing out roads. and president vladimir putin has flown to the black sea region of southern russia to look at the flooding that killed more than 140 people there. over 11 inches of rain fell overnight while people were sleeping.
