The popular R&B star behind the songs "Yeah" and " Climax," is going to heat up the 2012 Toyota Concert Series on May 18, 2012 when he performs his hits live for the first time on the plaza.
Lucky for you, there are several ways you can join in on the fun — whether you watch the TODAY concerts from the sea of fans on our plaza or from your comfy couch.
Some of you can submit photos of how you're watching on our Facebook page (post the pic directly to our wall), on Twitter (include the hashtag #TODAYconcerts or, for this week's performance, #UsherTODAY and through Instagram. We'll post the best photos and responses on TODAY.com (stay tuned!)

If you're not already outside, you still have a chance to see the star when he performs his hits live on the plaza, because all TODAY show concerts are FREE and open to the general public. This year, TODAY is partnering with Pandora to extend the concert series beyond the Plaza and into the digital space. Pandora, which has more than 125 million registered users, will create three music stations, NBC TODAY Rock, NBC TODAYCountry and NBC TODAY Pop, featuring each of the artists appearing in the TODAY concert series.
