Queen Elizabeth is beginning to cut back on her long distance travel and will skip the Commonwealth heads of government meeting in Sri Lanka later this year. ITV’s Tim Ewart reports.
The Duchess of Cambridge made a public appearance on Sunday at a review of scouts, standing in for Queen Elizabeth. She is due to have her child this summer.
