Tell us how the weight-loss challenge has changed your life, and you could win a trip to New York City, a makeover on TODAY with Kathie Lee and Hoda, and a personal consultation with TODAY nutrition expert Joy Bauer over lunch.

More than 11,000 people participated in our weight-loss challenge, and collectively we lost more than 27,000 pounds! We want to celebrate you -- and inspire others to follow in your footsteps. In 300 words or less, tell us how doing the weight-loss challenge and following Joy's daily tips helped you reach your weight-loss goals and changed your life.
