Perhaps he was doing the bidding of You Know Who.

Jamie Waylett, the actor who played Draco Malfoy's tubby sidekick Vincent Crabbe in six Harry Potter films, is facing a slew of charges — including being in possession of a petrol bomb —stemming from his alleged involvement in this summer's London riots.

Police also discovered 15 cannabis plants in his bedroom--a big no-no considering the thesp was busted for growing marijuana in 2009.

Looks like someone was taking his Slytherin part too seriously.

Authorities allege the 22-year-old Waylett armed himself on Aug. 8 with a Molotov cocktail with intent to destroy or damage property during the melee that made worldwide headlines and led to the arrest of more than 3,000 people.

Waylett served 120 hours of community service for his 2009 marijuana arrest — an incident that apparently led to his character being written out of "Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows Part 2."

According to U.K. media reports, London's Finest officially charged Waylett with violating the Criminal Damage Act by possessing the explosive, threatening unlawful violence, cultivating cannabis and being in possession of stolen goods in the form of a champagne bottle that he purportedly looted from a liquor store.

If only it were a Snitch.

The big-screen bully was released on conditional bail Sept. 29 after promising the Highbury Corner Magistrates Court he'll live with his mother and abide by a 7 p.m. to 7 a.m. curfew.

Waylett's next court date is set for Nov. 11.
