Hugh Hefner is disappointed over the cancellation of “The Playboy Club” on NBC, the first television casualty of the Fall 2011 season.

As previously reported on AccessHollywood.com, NBC pulled the plug on “The Playboy Club” on Tuesday morning, following the airing of its third episode on Monday night, which attracted only around 3.5 million viewers.
