CBS is officially down one more talker.
Amid rumors that Leah Remini and Holly Robinson Peete would not be returning to "The Talk" this fall, the former "King of Queens" star headed to Twitter to confirm that news was true (at least for her).
"It is official: I am sorry to say that I have NOT been asked back on the show," Remini wrote. "Sorry to my fans. U worked so hard! I adore u guys."

As far as why the network chose not to renew Remini's contract, the former daytime gabber told a fan no reason was given for her ousting.
Nevertheless, Remini thanked fans for their support in trying to keep her on the show, saying "I want to thank you all for the fight you have put up. Man! You guys are awesome! It warms my heart 2 know u were there 4 me."
No word yet on who will take Remini's spot, but in the meantime Kris Jenner will be filling in on "The Talk" for two weeks in September.
The show's second season premiere kicks off Sept. 6.
