At least Amber Portwood can just focus on her recovery without having to worry about footing the bill.
"I don't know who is paying for it," a source close to the "Teen Mom" star exclusively tells E! News. "All I know is that it's a lot and someone with money is paying."

And Shirley's not the only one concerned these days.

Amber's brother, Shawn Portwood, tells us that MTV's cameras are chronicling his sister's rehab experience, which presumably will be woven into a "Teen Mom" narrative at some point.
"They filmed a scene where she and I talked on the phone the other day," Shawn says. "Her doctor and I do not agree with it, but there's nothing I can do."
But on a brighter note, Shirley flew to California with daughter Leah today to take part in family week at Seasons. Shawn says he'll be taking part in the reunion by phone.
