When you've had a rough day at the office and you need a delicious meal to help pick your spirits up, try Grandma's hearty ham loaf with a special glaze. It'll help you kiss your sorrows goodbye!
Recipe: Grandma's ham loaf (on this page)Mix ham loaf together and shape into one large loaf or two small loaves.
Place ham loaf in an oven-friendly pan.
Mix together the brown sugar, cider vinegar and water. Boil together for four minutes.
Pour the sauce over the ham loaf.
Bake at 350 degrees for about an hour.
Baste the ham loaf every 10 to 15 minutes.
Once the sauce starts to thicken, the ham loaf is done.
Serves four
