'Celeb Rehab' star pregnant and divorcing

Given Kari Ann Peniche's previous antics, we're not exactly shocked at this turn of events.

Two years ago, Peniche infamously appeared nude in a home video with Eric Dane and wife Rebecca Gayheart. Now the husband of the former "Celebrity Rehab" subject has filed divorce papers seeking to end their four-month marriage.

But here's the bombshell part: Not only is Peniche pregnant, her husband claims the baby may not even be his.

Justin Williams filed his petition on July 1 in Los Angeles Superior Court, citing irreconcilable differences. But according to court papers obtained by E! News, her estranged hubby states that there is an "unborn child" and that he will be "seeking determination of whether this is a child of the marriage."

Williams also said he'll pursue a genetic test to help determine paternity.

When news of the sex tape made headlines, Peniche told E! News that she entered "Celebrity Rehab" to get treatment for her carnal cravings but noted that "sex addition doesn't mean I go around and have sex with everybody."

The 27-year-old ex-beauty queen, who at one time was engaged to pop star Aaron Carter for a whole five days, denied getting hot and heavy with the couple, maintaining their relationship was purely platonic.

Attempts to reach Peniche for comment were unsuccessful.
