When the going gets rough, get rehab.

A source has confirmed to E! News that "Teen Mom's" Amber Portwood decided to check into a rehab facility in Malibu Sunday.

Many fans and family have voiced their concerns for the MTV star after her recent suicide attempt and hospitalization on a Facebook group page titled "Help Support Amber Portwood."

Her brother, Shawn Portwood, posts on the wall, "Best wishes to my sister while in rehab. For everyone who might not know, it is not for drugs btw."

'Teen Mom' Amber: 'I am going to rehab'

A friend of Portwood's comments on her brother's post today with, "I talked to her last night and she sounds amazing and positive! She has a great support system that stands beside her and are supporting her in this life changing journey."

The report of Portwood's hospitalization came five days after she pleaded guilty in an Indiana courtroom to two counts of felony domestic battery for allegedly roughing up baby daddy Gary Shirley last year.
