The LAPD spokesperson confirmed to Access that the actor was in a car at the time of the arrest, but stopped short of confirming it was a DUI.

According to his booking sheet, Dourdan was held on $10,000 bail.

A rep for the actor had no comment when contacted by Access Hollywood.

As previously reported on AccessHollywood.com, Dourdan pled guilty to three counts of cocaine and ecstasy possession in May 2008, stemming from his April 2008 arrest in Palm Springs, Calif., where a patrol officer allegedly found the actor asleep behind the wheel of his car, which was parked facing the wrong way on the side of the road.
