Flavor Flav was arrested on Friday in Las Vegas, TMZ reports. The rapper and reality star (real Name: William Jonathan Drayton, Jr.) was pulled over Friday night; when officers ran his name, they learned there were four separate automobile offenses on his record.

Flav's offenses? Charges of driving without proof of insurance, a parking violation and two cases of driving without a license.

A law enforcement officer tells the site that Flav, 52, was taken to a nearby jail, booked and eventually released.

The rapper has a history of trouble with the law: before dropping out of school in 11th grade, he'd spent time in jail for robbery and burglary. He also struggled with drug addiction throughout the 90s, and in 1991 pled guilty to assaulting his then-girlfriend Karen Ross and served 30 days in jail.

In 1993, he was changed with attempted murder for shooting at a neighbor. In 2002, Flav spent nine weeks in Rikers Island jail for driving with a suspended license, numerous parking tickets and not showing up on time for meetings with his probation officer.
