The Glee star was indeed kissing a very married man on Tuesday, but it's just one of her costars from the upcoming rom-com ensemble New Year's Eve --and this lip-lock is script-tested and director-approved.

FYI, that would be Ashton Kutcher who's sharing the moment with Michele--and, from the looks of it, the only thing chilly in this scene is the cold Manhattan winter!

The cast of New Year's Eve also includes Katherine Heigl, Halle Berry, Sarah Jessica Parker, Zac Efron, John Stamos, Jake T. Austin and Abigail Breslin.
