ATLANTIC CITY, N.J. — The top cat at this year's Miss'd America pageant is the leopard print-clad Kitty Hiccups.
Hiccups, also known as 32-year-old David Hyland, was crowned the 2011 Miss'd America on Sunday night at the Boardwalk Hall in Atlantic City.
The irreverent — and usually hilarious — drag-queen pageant began in 1993, always the day after the Miss America Pageant.

The Press of Atlantic City reports that this year's pageant featured eight contestants.
