Charlie Sheen has spoken out for the first time since his wild night at New York City’s Plaza hotel that landed him in the hospital.
“Oh my man, I’m fine,” Sheen told Radar Online’s Senior Executive Editor Dylan Howard via text message on Tuesday after returning to Los Angeles when asked about his hospitalization and hotel incident.

“The story is totally overblown and overplayed as far as the reality of the scenario,” he continued. “I know what went down and that’s where it will stay… under wraps.”
Allergic reaction? Sheen missed 'Sesame Street'The New York Post reported that the “Two and a Half Men” star was allegedly found in his underwear and seemingly intoxicated on Tuesday morning after returning to his hotel with an unidentified woman. Sheen reportedly could not find his wallet. He then reportedly flew “into a rage” and “trashed” his hotel room. Richards and their children were also staying at the hotel.
On Tuesday, Sheen’s rep, Stan Rosenfield, told Access, “What we are able to determine is that Charlie had an adverse allergic reaction to some medication and was [he] taken to the hospital, where is expected to be released tomorrow.”
On Wednesday, Denise Richards appeared on the fourth hour of NBC’s “Today” show and expressed her support for the “Two and a Half Men” star, saying, “I have a lot of faith in my ex.”
