More trouble for Lindsay Lohan?

According to TMZ, the 24-year-old actress failed a court-mandated drug test taken last week. As per the probation terms set last month, Lohan is supposed to serve 30 days in jail for any positive drug test.

But Lohan told UsMagazine.com Friday: "I'm fine." Of TMZ's report? "They're all nuts," she claims.

Similarly, Lohan's attorney Ed MacPherson told Us he's still investigating the supposed test: "I have no idea at this point whether or not there is any merit to this."

Indeed, no authorities could confirm the report. L.A. County Sheriff's Department spokesperson Steve Whitmore tells Us, "I haven't been officially notified by anyone" about a failed Lohan drug test or the star's return to prison.

Kathy Roberts of L.A. Superior court also said, "nothing has been filed or anything entered into the court calendar. We can't confirm [the report]."

Lohan left an inpatient rehab at UCLA Medical Center Aug. 24 after 23 days of treatment; earlier in August, she was released from jail after just 13 days out of a 90 day sentence.

Judge Elden Fox ordered Lohan to submit to weekly psychotherapy and behavioral therapy sessions, plus 12-step dependency program meetings and regular chats with a "chemical dependency mentor."

Alas, the Machete star was spotted at NYC club Boom Boom Room until the wee hours of the night on Sept. 11. A witness tells Us Weekly: "It looked like she didn't want to be noticed."
