LOS ANGELES — Newly minted porn star Montana Fishburne, the daughter of "CSI: Crime Scene Investigation" star Laurence Fishburne, is expected to be charged later this month with assault with a deadly weapon and trespassing, both misdemeanors, stemming from an incident in February, the Los Angeles City Attorney's Office confirmed to Access Hollywood.

Montana was already facing two misdemeanor charges — simple battery and false imprisonment — stemming from the same incident, in which she allegedly broke into the home of an unnamed victim, forced the woman into a bathroom and allegedly severely beat her. The City Attorney's Office is expected to add the additional charges on August 25, when Montana's case is next on the Los Angeles Superior Court docket.
According to the City Attorney's Office, Jerome Green (whom TMZ has described as Montana's boyfriend) was with the Vivid Entertainment porn star at the time of the incident, but he did not enter the dwelling. He has already pleaded guilty to misdemeanor domestic abuse and is on probation.
The February incident is not the first time Montana has found herself foul of the law. Previously, she pleaded no contest to criminal trespass in November 2009, in exchange for prosecutors dropping solicitation and loitering charges against her.
Shawn Chapman Holley, Montana's attorney, did not immediately respond to a request for comment from Access on Thursday. Holley is also Lindsay Lohan's attorney in the actress' DUI case.
In related news, the 18-year-old recently told E! News anchor Giuliana Rancic about her decision to become a porn star, admitting that she was first drawn to the adult entertainment community two years ago.
"I'd say about 16. In high school, I lost my virginity and then the whole sexual world just sparked my interest," Montana told Giuliana.
While she admitted her parents only found out about her passion for the film genre recently, Montana explained that she chose to enter the porn business because it intrigued her.
"I think it was just wanting to explore sexuality 'cause I know it's such a big world. I was just like, 'Wow! Well, since I like sex...' I wanted to see everything that I would like, any kind of fantasy I would like and porn is a way that I could explore that," she said.
Montana's first porn film was released on Tuesday, and according to Us Weekly, prior to its release, she wanted to keep her passion for the genre on the quiet side.
"I didn't really want to tell too many people about it because I was afraid of their reactions when I was younger. I started thinking about it...when I was 16," she told the mag.
She also noted that she always preferred adult entertainment, despite her father being a mainstream star of films like the "Matrix" franchise.
"I wasn't really into mainstream acting," she told the mag. "People would ask me, 'Do you want to get into acting? Do you want to be an actress?' and I would say, straight up, 'No.'...I knew I wanted to do adult [films]."'
It appears Montana will be able to grow her career too. President of Vivid Entertainment Steve Hirsch told TMZ his company has offered her a multi-picture deal. Additionally, TMZ noted her nickname is Chippy D.
