Despite recentaccounts of their disagreements, Lindsay Lohan and ex-girlfriend Samantha Ronson were of one mind when it came to the subject of abuse allegations. The former couple took to their respective Twitter accounts and fired back at a report claiming the 23-year-old actress accused Ronson of physical abuse.
“This is become a bit much,” Lohan tweeted. “*Samantha R never raised a hand to me, I've never said she did* Enough is Enough. Focus on other more important.... World Issues.”
Lohan’s statement prompted Ronson, who had remained silent when the story first broke, to respond to her former flame directly. The DJ also had a stern warning for those continuing to spread the abuse allegations.
“Thank you for clearing that up,” Ronson wrote. “The high road was giving me a nose bleed! … To ANYONE who perpetuates this rumor accusing me of being violently abusive after (Lindsay) has denied it: I WILL take legal action.”
