About RSS and news feeds
Really Simple Syndication (RSS) is an easy and free way to get sports news you want whenever it is updated, even if you are not on the TODAYshow.com Web site. You choose what you want to track and how often you want to be updated.
To use RSS, you'll need to use a news reader — a program that provides a real-time interface to the feeds you select. News readers come in all sizes and shapes. Many are Web-based; some send headlines to your e-mail or cell phone. TODAYshow.com's RSS feeds should work with any reader using the standard XML-based format.
Your e-mail program should offer you help in changing your settings or unsubscribing from an RSS feed. Information on how to do this with Outlook 2007 is available here.
Ready to get started?
Pick a feed by scrolling down and browsing the links on this page. If your news reader is one of the four we offer one-click access to, simply click on the appropriate icon and you're done!
If you don't see the name of your service, right-click on the orange "XML" button and select "copy shortcut" or "copy link location." (Using a Mac? Click and hold or control-click instead of right-clicking.) Go to your news reader of choice, paste the link into the relevant spot and you're set.
Attribution to Today Show must be provided in connection with your use of the feeds. If you provide this attribution in text, please use: "Today Show". If you provide this attribution with a graphic, please use the Today Show logo that we have included in the feed itself. We reserve all rights in and to the Today Show logo, and your right to use the Today Show logo is limited to providing attribution in connection with these RSS feeds.
