Don't dust off the “Mrs. Doubtfire” garb just yet. Robin Williams will not step back into dress and pantyhose to play “Britain’s Got Talent” sensation Susan Boyle, his reps said.

U.K. publication the Telegraph had reported that the comedian had been approached to play the Scottish singer in an upcoming biopic.

Williams' reps tell me the Telegraph's reporting is not at all accurate, yet the publication apparently had the gumption to create quotes to bolster its thesis.

The Telegraph claimed that Williams said “I've been asked if I want to play Susan in the movie. I think she's incredible. That clip of her singing on ‘Britain's Got Talent’ was extraordinary. So inspiring. It was quite a shock when she began to sing.”

The publication goes on to say that Williams has been doing impressions of Boyle and singing “I Dreamed A Dream,” her audition song, among his circle of friends.

Williams’ rep denied the publication's entire story, so it stands to reason this isn't accurate either.

‘Runway’ schedule keeps Gunn from dying mother
Tim Gunn spoke in depth about the new season of “Project Runway” with the Chicago Tribune’s Maureen Ryan. Gunn tells her that the show’s schedule is keeping him from even seeing his ailing mother.

“Thankfully my sister is with her …  I talk to either my sister or my mother, if she is able to talk, every day and sometimes more than once,” Gunn said. “But it’s been bad. I was trying to get away two weekends ago and then, pow. Something came up with Lifetime and they wanted me to do something and I just — I am very loyal to them. Whatever they want, I’ll do it.”

Oprah could ring in a decade of O with street closures
They close streets in New York City routinely for presidents and heads of state … but for Oprah? Don’t rule it out.

Slideshow: Celebrity Sightings In honor of the 10th anniversary of O magazine next May, Team Oprah is looking into shutting down portions of one of Manhattan’s busiest thoroughfares, the West Side Highway.

The New York Post confirmed with City Hall that Winfrey’s staff has begun making permit inquiries, but the folks at O are keeping mum about the details for now.

“We have exciting things planned for the 10th anniversary of O, The Oprah Magazine. While it is too soon to discuss specifics, we are looking forward to celebrating in a big way,” according to a magazine spokesperson.
