Melissa Rycroft has a new job – and now, she’s got a new title: fiancee.

The former “Dancing With the Stars” and “Bachelor” beauty is engaged, Access Hollywood has learned.

Rycroft’s boyfriend, Tye Strickland, popped the question over the weekend at the Dallas restaurant Cretia’s, a source told Access.

Last week, Rycroft made her debut on ABC’s “Good Morning America.” As previously reported on AccessHollywood.com, Rycroft joined the morning program as a “special contributor” for the summer who was expected to do “maybe eight or 10 pieces.”

Before “GMA” could announce their newest addition, Rycroft couldn’t contain her excitement on her Twitter page.

“Guess who just got a job with Good Morning America??? WHAT?!?” she wrote on June 17.

Rycroft made her reality TV debut in 2006 on CMT’s “Dallas Cowboys Cheerleaders: Making The Team.” She later joined the cast of “The Bachelor,” where she was infamously scorned by Jason Mesnick on national TV for another woman.

In 2009, she replaced Access Hollywood’s Nancy O’Dell on “Dancing With the Stars” after O'Dell withdrew due to a knee injury. Rycroft finished third behind Gilles Marini and eventual champ Shawn Johnson.

During her run on “Dancing,” Strickland was a fixture in the audience cheering her on.
