The jungle might have temporality taken out one Montag, when Heidi Pratt (formerly Montag) landed in the hospital after coming down with a stomach infection, but another member of the reality family is about to join the competition. Welcome to the jungle, Holly Montag.

NBC has exclusively revealed to Access Hollywood that Holly will be newest cast member to join the competition on the reality show. She will not be appearing on Monday night’s episode, but will be appearing shortly. (Msnbc.com is a joint venture between NBC Universal and Microsoft.)

As previously reported by AccessHollywood.com, the makers of the summer reality series shot back at reports that Spencer and Heidi Pratt were tortured on the set of the show.

On Sunday, TMZ reported that sources on set said Heidi was tortured by NBC to the point where she was convulsively throwing up. Spencer’s sister, Stephanie Pratt, also alleged on her Twitter page that her sister-in-law had been “locked in a dark room for 3 days w no food or water,” and that the show had felt it was “ok to punish speidi so harshly-and torture them as if they were criminals.”

But in a statement to Access, ITV, which makes the NBC program, denied the allegations.

“ITV Studios, producers of the series, state that press reports at this time are untrue,” an ITV rep told Access Hollywood in a statement. “ITV has been producing this format around the world for many years and the health of the celebrity participants are of the utmost importance. A medic and a doctor are present at the location at all times for all participants. All allegations of the celebrities being deprived of food and water are completely untrue.”

And Access has learned exclusively that the couple spent only one night — not three — in the NBC show’s Lost Chamber, from 4:30 p.m. on Thursday until around 6:30 a.m. on Friday. Prior to that, the stars spent three days in hotels after quitting the show for a third time on Monday.

The Pratts have actually spent most of their “I’m A Celebrity” time indoors, protected from the elements unlike their castmates, who have been sleeping in thunderstorms almost daily, a production source told Access.

According to Access’ source, at no time were the Pratts in any danger or facing life-threatening situations. They were said to be in good spirits upon leaving the Chamber.

“The footage will show the Pratts to be liars,” the source added.

A rep for the Pratts was unavailable for comment when reached by Access Hollywood.

As previously reported on AccessHollywood.com, Heidi is recovering in a hotel room after being admitted to a Costa Rican hospital for a possible stomach ailment.
