What does MSNBC stand for?
MSNBC comprises both MSNBC TV and MSNBC on the Internet. The MSNBC concept means that both television viewers and personal-computer users will benefit from a service that offers truly integrated television and interactive news and the kind of dynamic discussion of topical events often found only on talk radio. Do you provide closed captioning?
MSNBC provides closed captioning during the following hours: Mon-Fri, 6am-1am; Sat, 7am-9pm; and Sun, 7am-10pm, all times in E.T. This is similar to the hours with closed captioning on the other cable news channels.

Do you offer/sell transcripts/videos?
While MSNBC does not offer or sell video copies of MSNBC programs, MSNBC does offer transcripts for certain programs. Click here to find the show.
