In less than a week, Anna Nicole Smith’s former attorney and boyfriend, Howard K. Stern, is due in court to answer to charges that he furnished the star with prescription medications, but if Smith’s father has his way, Stern could have another court date soon.

Donald Hogan, who was estranged from Smith for most of her life, hopes to convince Smith’s mother, Virgie Arthur, to join him in pursuing a wrongful death suit against Stern.

“I would urge Virgie also to think about this — this wrongful death,” Hogan told E! News. “And personally, I don’t care if we get a dime out of it. Not one dime.”

Instead of money, the 61-year-old claims he just wants justice.

“I don’t hate (Stern) — but I dislike him more than anyone I have ever disliked, and I have my own personal views and opinions on things about him that I’m not going to say,” Hogan explained. “But I blame him totally for her death.”

Kristen Stewart fears ‘Twilight’ fans
Obsessed fans aren’t so much fun when you’re not the one they’re obsessed with, according to “Twilight’s” Kristen Stewart. In an interview with USA Today, the 18-year-old shared her growing fear of female fans who prefer the leading man.

“They covet (Robert Pattinson),” Stewart said. “I think half of them are so jealous that they hate me.”

Since the trouble comes mostly from teenage girls, the actress has a personal policy for dealing with them.

“More than three girls of that certain age — run away,” she explained. “Girls are scary. Large groups of girls scare the (crap) out of me.”

Shanna Moakler blames Barker for break up
Blink 182’s Travis Barker and his ex-wife, Shanna Moakler, are officially off again, and this time it’s a he-said, she-said split.

A source close to the drummer recently told Us Weekly that Moakler was behind the breakup. According to the insider, the former Miss USA carried on an affair with actor Gerard Butler while Barker was still hospitalized following a near-fatal plane crash. But on Thursday, Moakler took to her MySpace blog to place the blame back on Barker.

“Travis and I were very much together in September when the horrific crash happened,” Moakler wrote. “Not only did I fly to Georgia, I stayed by his side the entire stay and also for the bus ride home to L.A. … After arriving in L.A. and getting settled in the new hospital, I came across numerous romantic e-mails with MANY other women, some famous, some I personally knew, all heart breaking. And the women involved, you know who you are and should be ashamed of yourself.”

Moakler also accused her ex’s employees of contacting gossip sites in an effort to publicly attack her (“I think those were more painful than the infidelities,” she wrote), and Barker himself of doing the same in the press.

“‘No Comment’ just wasn’t sufficient this time when people continue to lie and distort the truth,” she continued. “The sad part is, the truth really isn’t that juicy or newsworthy. It’s sad and I wish it had been left behind closed doors. I am a human being and the bashing has taken its toll.”

Dish on the fly
Some stars complain about sex scenes and swear the action behind the camera is never as fun as it looks, but Jonathan Rhys Meyers, who’s had more than his fair share of between-the-sheets shots on Showtime’s “The Tudors,” actually enjoys made-for-TV intimacy. “It was never tough from the beginning,” Meyers told Parade magazine. “I take care of myself so I don’t feel insecure about my body. When the camera rolls you can’t be pussyfooting around. … I’m always very comfortable. There are worse things you could do with yourself on a rainy day in Dublin than hop into bed with a beautiful actress.” … Last year’s winner of “Paris Hilton’s My New BFF” reality show now holds the title of “former BFF.” Seems Brittany Flickinger just wasn’t what Paris Hilton considers “forever” material. “They haven’t spoken in two months,” a Hilton insider revealed to Life & Style magazine. “All that girl wanted was the free trips, the goodie bags, staying at Paris’ mansion and the parties and clubs. … She was another one of these girls using Paris to get famous.” Someone went on a reality show and paraded around in front of the paparazzi just for a shot at fame and fortune? Good thing Hilton figured out Flickinger’s dastardly plan before filming season two of her totally authentic friend search. … Despite his well-matched personal stats and picture perfect similarities, the rock ‘n’ roll drummer with a taste for “BLONDES WITH BLUE EYES AND BIG YOYOS” looking for love on Millionairematch.com isn’t Tommy Lee. A rep for the real rocker contacted TMZ to clear up the confusion, stating, “Tommy Lee has no knowledge of this Web site or of this posting.”
