Chris Brown may not be making public statements about the two felony charges he faces for allegedly attacking Rihanna, but that doesn’t mean he’s eschewing public appearances.

On March 31, Brown posed for pictures with the University of Mary Washington women’s basketball team in Fredericksburg, Va. The school happens to be in the midst of its weeklong White Ribbon Campaign. “Men working to end men’s violence against women,” is the organization’s tagline, according to whiteribbon.com.

Brown is due back in court April 6. Despite the alleged offenses and publicity debacle that’s surrounded him since the February incident, some say that Brown can get past this.

“We’ve seen brands move past this before and we’ve seen celebrities move past this ... it’s all public opinion,” said Steve Stoute during a recent appearance on MSNBC’s “Morning Joe.” Stoute arranged Brown’s deal with Wrigley’s gum, which has since been suspended.

Alba, who quickly shed the 35 to 40 pounds she gained while pregnant with daughter Honor Marie, now 9 months, is making her whole family follow her strict diet.

“In order for her to stay thin, she needs everyone to be eating how she is,” an insider told Life & Style. “Even at restaurants, Jess will tell her mom to stay away from something.”

When a 46-year-old mom wants to take her daughters out for a special night, a Hollywood nightclub might seem a curious choice. Not so for Dina Lohan, who took Lindsay, 22, and Ali, 15, to Villa on March 25, Us Weekly reports.

“Do you know who I am?” Dina protested when they were turned away at the door because of Ali’s age.
