Recipe: Strawberries and crème fraiche
Ingredients
- 2 pints local strawberries, hulled
- 3 tablespoons chopped wild mint
- 1 tablespoon superfine sugar
- 1 small container Bellweather Farms crème fraiche
Preparation
Combine first three ingredients in mixing bowl. Whip crème fraiche. Divide berries among four bowls. Top each serving with a dollop of crème fraiche.
