Angelina Jolie may have secured the headlines over the weekend by finally revealing her much buzzed about baby bump , but Brad Pitt’s former ladylove, Jennifer Aniston, quietly made preparations for her own brood. The 39-year-old isn’t pregnant yet, but Star reports she’s put her eggs on ice until Mr. Right comes along.
“It was a really smart move, because it buys (Jen) a few years to figure it all out,” an insider told the magazine. “The pressure has lifted.”
The insider claims Jennifer could postpone having her first baby until she turns 45, and with ample resources and plenty of stamina, the actress isn’t worried about the wait. “She has loads of energy. And she’s so rich that she could just hire five nannies!”
Before making the decision to freeze her eggs, Jennifer considered other options, according to another Star source. “Her friend Sheryl Crow turned her on to the idea of adopting, but in her heart Jen would like to have her own child. She just needs the right man — someone she can trust.”

It’s Tony first for Jessica Simpson
Football fans may consider Jessica Simpson a jinx for Tony Romo’s Cowboy career, but it could be the other way around. As Jess prioritizes romance over work, it’s her livelihood that’s taking a beating, reports the National Enquirer.
“Jess has been everywhere from Mexico to Texas to Hawaii with Tony, but she’s neglecting one key locale — the Nashville recording studio where she should be finishing her first country album,” a music industry insider told the Enquirer.
Slideshow: Celebrity Sightings The delay could become permanent if Jessica doesn’t turn things around, as record label bigwigs are in an uproar. “These days the chief of Jess’ record label has had a hard time even getting her on the phone.” According to the insider, “Joe Galante, the head of Sony BMG Nashville, is furious and unless Jess straightens up and fast, they’re considering cutting her loose. They’re tired of unreturned phone calls and unfulfilled promises.”
If Jessica’s hoping to fall back on her acting, she better think again. “Employee of the Month” tanked at the box office, “Blonde Ambition” shot to DVD, and the pre-release buzz for “Major Movie Star” has critics laughing for all the wrong reasons. Still, another Enquirer source said Jess refused to listen to handlers who encourage her to take acting classes and work on improving her career.
“Jessica is totally consumed with chasing Tony, and she’s making it clear that it’s the most important thing to her — more important than reviving her sagging career.”
Dish on the fly
When new moms Nicole Richie and Christina Aguilera met up at the Broad Contemporary Art Museum opening in L.A. earlier this month, their Harlow and Max baby talk soon turned to matchmaking. “Nicole joked that the kids should go on playdates together,” a pal of both celebs told Life & Style. “Then maybe one thing will lead to another and they’ll date in future!” … In a quote on ContactMusic, Keira Knightley revealed how she went from having svelte “pecs” to overflowing bodices in the “Pirates of the Caribbean” movies. “They painted my t-ts on me for the films, which is extraordinary because it's kind of a dying art form — in the past, they used to have whole sections of the studios devoted to bosom makeup.” Keira raved about the cosmetic boost, adding, “I loved it, completely loved it. Because it was the first time in my life I had big t-ts, and I didn't even need surgery.”
