All across America there is a nightly battle between parents and kids at the dinner table. The challenge? Getting kids to eat their vegetables. It’s an age-old problem, and one that can really frazzle parents anxious to get their kids to eat well. So what’s a parent to do? Jessica Seinfeld has some helpful hints to offer in her new cookbook, “Deceptively Delicious.” She appeared on TODAY to discuss the book with contributor Joy Bauer, who served as nutritionist on the new cookbook.
