Did Prince dis Paris?

The artist sometimes known as Symbol Man publicly humiliated the partying heiress and her singing ability, according to the new issue of Us.

Paris Hilton was in the audience as Prince performed at Club 3121 at the Rio All-Suite Hotel & Casino in Las Vegas on April 20. At one point, Prince invited the “Stars Are Blind” crooner to join him onstage.

A “delighted” Hilton scampered onto the stage and the “Purple Rain” singer handed the wanna-be-pop star the microphone and told the audience, “Let’s see if she can really sing,” a source told the mag.

An angry and humiliated Hilton stormed offstage — and left the club two songs later, reports Us.

Hilton’s rep insists that the story is untrue, and Prince’s spokesman had no comment.

Turning the tablesPaparazzi-target Britney Spears has asked fans to turn the cameras on the celebrity photogs.

The pop star sent an e-mail to fans, suggesting that they turn cameras on unsuspecting friends in the middle of the night to promote her new fragrance Midnight Fantasy. Spears wants fans “to sneak up on their friends and photograph them” at midnight.

“Savor every last detail, and when you think you have it down, re-create that perfect moment and capture it as best you can in a digital photograph,” she advises.

The winning amateur paparazzo gets a signed iPod — but it looks like panty-less crotch shots are out. Spears warns: “No images containing nudity, obscenity or violent depictions are permitted.”
