Actress Tori Spelling has given birth to a baby boy with husband Actor Dean McDermott, Access Hollywood has learned.

Liam Aaron McDermott, who weighed 6 pounds, 6 ounces, was born March 13at Cedars Sinai hospital in Los Angeles.

Access has learned the baby was delivered via C-section and that Tori's mother Candy was at the hospital at the time of the delivery.

Liam is the first child for Tori. Dean has an 8-year-old son, Jack, and a 1-year-old daughter, Lola, from a previous marriage. In December, Tori and husband Dean McDermott revealed they were expecting a boy.

In an interview today, Tori’s brother, Randy Spelling talked to Access Hollywood’s Maria Menounos about the recent reconciliation between Tori and her mother.

“Have your mom and Tori been talking?” Access’ Maria Menounos asked Randy.

“They’ve been communicating back and forth. I know my mom is there with her right now. She’s been with her all morning,” Randy revealed.

“Do you think the birth of the first grandchild is the only thing that could bring them together?” Maria asked.

“I think it’s a culmination of things. I think when you’re family, you have your ups and downs, but hopefully you all come back together,” Randy said. “And I’m sure the baby just makes that happen quicker.”

Tori and Dean were engaged in December 2005. They tied the knot in Fiji on May 7, 2006.

In December 2006, Tori and Dean told Access Hollywood the baby’s middle name would be Aaron — after Tori’s late father.

“We are going to name his middle name [Aaron’s] name,” Tori told Access. “I feel like I have been given such a gift having this little baby inside of me that it’s kind of a part of him, so I know that he will be up there wishing us well and celebrating with us and this little one inside me.”

Aaron Spelling died in June 2006 at the age of 83.

Earlier this month, Tori and Dean hosted a bash to open their new bed and breakfast, Chateau La Rue, located in Fallbrook, California.

The couple opened the B&B as part of a new reality series for the Oxygen network.
