Britney Spears’ former long-time assistant is speaking out, and she’s not happy with the way her ex-boss has been behaving.
Felicia Culotta — who worked for Spears for more than nine years and in that time was described as a personal assistant, chaperone, and a friend — posted a passionate email on a fan site, lamenting the “Toxic” singer’s antics.
“I cherish ALL the incredible opportunities that came my way thru my job with Britney and am crushed/saddened/heart sick by the way her life is unfolding,” Culotta wrote in an email to ThatOtherBlog.com. “There’s just so much you can do to help a person — I don’t dare want to be an enabler, and I cannot love her enough for the both of us. I cannot convince her in ANY way to love herself.”
Culotta also indicated that some of her attempts at helping Spears haven’t been well-received.

Betting on the baby daddy
Who’s the daddy?
A leading Internet betting site has placed odds on the paternity of Anna Nicole Smith’s baby girl, and the odds-on favorite is Larry Birkhead.
BetUS.com is saying that there’s a 1:2 chance that the photographer is, as he claims, baby Dannielynn’s father. Her former lawyer and most recent boyfriend, Howard K. Stern, is given 6:4 odds.
Smith’s one-time bodyguard, who also says he may be the father, has a 10:1 chance, and Howard J. Marshall, her late husband whose sperm she allegedly froze, comes in at 20:1.
Prince Frederic von Anhalt is a long shot. Zsa Zsa Gabor’s husband recently claimed that he had a decade long affair with the former Playmate, but BetUS is only giving him 40:1 odds.
Notes from all over
Pam Anderson is regretting some things she said. The “Blonde and Blonder” star told Black Book magazine that she was sleeping with her ex-husband Tommy Lee — but that doesn’t mean that they’re dating. She was furious when parts of the interview appeared in In Touch Weekly. “I’m a bit too candid — and that’s my fault but I hate to be misquoted or colored incorrectly,” Anderson noted. She didn’t claim to be misquoted, but later claimed she was just joking and called her conversation with Black Book an interview “gone bad.” An In Touch Weekly spokeswoman says that the mag did, indeed, get the interview from Black Book. “They offered us the interview,” she said, “It was something we thought our readers would be interested in and we were quite happy with it.” . . . Heather Mills McCartney has recently met with British police, reportedly over death threats she’s been getting from fans of her estranged hubby, Paul McCartney. . . . Kim Mathers says that the ego of her ex-hubby Eminem, whose real name is Marshall Mathers, went out of control once he got famous. “When Marshall’s first tour started is when his ego just went ‘poof.’ You know he was untouchable. Like he was God, that’s what he thought,” Mathers tells Dr. Keith Ablow in an episode of Ablow's show that airs Friday. “Every time I talked to him, I wasn’t allowed to question him about what was going on. If I did I was just told that I should be grateful that he still talks to me, you know how many women throw themselves at him. And I just pretty much felt like a piece of crap.”
