Oops, did she do it again?

Britney Spears’s friends believe that the baby-popping singer may be pregnant again, according to In Touch Weekly.

The friends’ concern may help to explain why Spears seems not to have lost any of her pregnancy weight and why she has been getting sick lately. In one widely circulated photo, Spears was shown throwing up peanut butter and reports said she had been drinking, but according to ITW, Spears has been skipping the booze. “Her dancers were indulging in Malibu rum and pineapple drinks and taking shots of vodka,” a witness to a January 14 party at a Las Vegas casino told the mag. “But Britney drank bottled water.” Spears gave birth to her second child only four months ago — but friends point out that she got pregnant for the second time only three months after having her first child.

“I’ve seen her during the last two pregnancies and she has the same look now,” a “pal who sees Britney every week” told the mag. “She’s heavier, but that’s not it. It’s the sparkle in her eye. She always gets that sparkle when she’s pregnant, like she’s relaxed and happy.”

Paris (hearts) her man
Meanwhile, Spears’s former BFF Paris Hilton is getting serious about her man.

The partying heiress welcomed her on-again-off-again beau Stavros Niarchos home from a trip to Australia with red roses and “I Love You” balloons — plus a homemade Mexican dinner, according to Life & Style Weekly.

The two are planning a romantic trip to Las Vegas to celebrate Valentine’s Day and her February 17 birthday — but don’t expect a quickie wedding.

“They’re perfectly happy just dating for now,” an insider told L&S. “They don’t need to get engaged or think about marriage. They’re enjoying themselves and are totally secure with things the way they are.”

Notes from all over
L.A.’s new hot-couple-wannabe David and Victoria Beckham have looked at Lionel Richie’s old house, but are passing on it, according to U.K. reports. The $15 million, 6,000 square-foot Spanish-style mansion is apparently too small for the sports star and former Spice Girl. ... Sienna Miller is denying reports that she’s dating Leonardo DiCaprio. “There’s absolutely no truth in it, I’m afraid,” the “Factory Girl” star said at the Golden Globes. “We're buddies from a while ago.” ... “Clerks” director Kevin Smith says he wrote some of his lines in the fourth “Die Hard” film. “What’s nice about working on those big, awfully expensive Hollywood movies, is they have so many writers, they don’t even notice if you’re one of them,” Smith told DarkHorizons.com. “So, I got there, and I wrote myself a one-page monologue, and I got to deliver it; it was hysterical, they let me do it. Bruce Willis was like, ‘Do it up, that was a good speech.’ So, you do it, and they totally went for it; so that was kind of cool, and I got to give that speech in that movie. ... but you had to make it germane to the movie. So I don’t give a funny speech, I wind up giving a very paranoid, Joe Pesci in JFK type speech, which was fun.”
