Susan Moores, R.D. is a nutrition expert in St. Paul, Minn. She specializes in cardiovascular nutrition, food safety and women's and children's nutrition. Her focus is helping people to feel better by eating better and enjoying the great taste of good food.

As president of SDM Communications, she is a consultant to health organizations, grocery stores and food-related businesses. She is also a national spokesperson for the American Dietetic Association and is past board member and president of the Minnesota chapter of the American Heart Association.

She has published articles in a variety of newspapers, magazines and on the Web.
