Recipe: Sparkling Melon Cooler
Ingredients
- 12 oz. Honeydew
- 4 sprigs Tarragon
- 4 oz. Anise syrup
- 4 Vanilla beans
- 16 oz. Sparkling Water
- 4 oz. Crème fraiche
Preparation
To serve
1. Muddle the melon, tarragon, vanilla beans and anise syrup.
2. Gently stir in sparkling water.
3. Pour over ice and garnish with split vanilla bean.
4. Top with whipped crème fraiche.
