Did Tori Spelling have her hubby’s ex-wife banished from a party? That’s what the ex is claiming.

Mary Jo Eustace, who was married to fellow Canadian Dean McDermott, claims she was booted from a MuchMusic party in Toronto because Spelling was there and claimed that she had a restraining order against Eustace.

“I was having a wonderful time and I was asked to leave the party,” Eustace told a MuchMusic reporter. “I’ve been sequestered.” She was told, she says, that Spelling had a restraining order against her. “Which is completely ridiculous and untrue,” said Eustace, who left the party and went to a nearby office to watch it on television. Eustace is reportedly shopping around a tell-all about her messy split with McDermott.

Spelling, called the tale of the restraining order “ridiculous” — but cracked a joke at Eustace’s expense — which didn’t go over so well with the crowd.

Spade’s rep issued a “no comment,” but the mag reports that the “Just Shoot Me” star plans to pop the question this summer.
