Recipe: Chili-Lime Popcorn
- 1 TBL Finely grated lime zest
- 1 teaspoon Chili powder
- 1/2 teaspoon Kosher salt
- 8 cups Freshly popped popcorn (preferably still hot)
- 1 TBL Olive oil
- 1-2 teaspoons Freshly squeezed lime juice
In a small bowl, mix together the lime zest, chili powder and salt.
In a large bowl, sprinkle the popcorn with the olive oil and toss to coat.
Sprinkle with the chili-lime mixture and lime juice to taste and toss again.
