It's a family affair for Britney and Kevin and only Access Hollywood was invited along.
The Federlines hit Vegas for their first big night out since the birth of baby, Sean Preston.
And new mommy Britney is sporting a new look!
With a simple, shorter 'do and wearing a sequined baby doll top when she arrived with husband Kevin — wearing his trademark knit cap — at the Palms Hotel in Las Vegas.
“He's so happy,” said Britney, of her son. “He laughs all the time.”
Proud grandma Lynne Spears gushed over her grandson, Preston — that's what they're calling the little guy — and joined the family reunion.
Britney's dad, Jamie, and big brother, Brian, launched the Palms Home Poker Host — a brand new software program founded by Daddy Spears — making it easy to run a professional poker tourney in your own home!
Spears revealed that her daughter keeps a very close watch on who spends time with Preston.
“She lets me hold him OK,” Lynne laughed. “She doesn’t let just anybody hold him, but she lets me hold him.”
The new grandmother adds that parenthood has brought a lot of joy into the pop star's life.
“She's very happy,” Lynne said.
Britney and Kevin walked hand-in-hand inside the party. At one point, Britney caught her mother revealing her daughter’s tight rein on her little boy.
The intense bond between baby Preston and Britney actually reminds Lynne of her own days as a new parent.
“She's the same way with Preston, so, I really can’t say anything,” Lynne said.
And while Britney takes a little time to hit dance classes — yep, she'll be in tip-top shape soon — Kevin's a doting dad.
“Kevin does change diapers,” Lynne laughed.
The bond between mother-in-law and son-in-law is clear!
“It's very special,” Lynne said. “I'm very close to Kevin.”
