Jon Bon Jovi’s prayer has been answered: He’s finally found a buyer for his Manhattan penthouse.
After two years on the market, the $37.5-million listing went under contract this week, according to StreetEasy.
Bon Jovi and his wife, Dorothea Hurley, paid $24 million for the 7,452-square-foot duplex in 2007, according to Variety, and reportedly spent millions on renovations. They listed it in March 2013 for $42 million.
The six-bedroom, six-bath penthouse boasts 11-foot ceilings, two kitchens, three landscaped terraces and panoramic views of the city.
From the elevator, one crosses through a vestibule into a two-story great room with a wood-burning fireplace. The master suite with a walk-in closet and dressing room is on that level, along with a kitchen, dining area, additional bedrooms and a laundry room and powder room.
The upper level features more formal living and dining areas, the second kitchen and fireplace, a screening room and access to the terraces.
The listing agents were Leonard Steinberg and Hervé Senequier of Compass and Raphael De Niro of Douglas Elliman.
