The five-bedroom, four-bath home at 1221 Roberto Lane is pending sale after just 10 days on the market. Hines bought it in 2010, just after her divorce from Paul Young. The private, traditional home in upper Bel-Air has an open floor plan, exposed wood-beamed ceilings and great views of the city and canyon from the deck.

The comedic actress, who starred in the quirky HBO show “Curb Your Enthusiasm,” met Kennedy, an environmental lawyer and nephew of the former president, through her co-star Larry David. The couple dated for several years before marrying at the Kennedy compound in Massachusetts.

Her Bel-Air home was listed at $2.995 million.

She paid $2.35 million in 2010, shortly before parting with the Brentwood estate she owned with her former husband at a reduced price.
