The June/July cover boy for Esquire magazine is busy with real estate this season.
Action star Jason Statham — who appears in the Melissa McCarthy vehicle “Spy,” out this month — has listed the Hollywood Hills compound where he lived with longtime girlfriend Rosie Huntington-Whiteley, a Victoria’s Secret model and “Mad Max: Fury Road” actress.
They bought the home in 2011 and are asking $8.999 million, The Los Angeles Times first reported.
The walled, Mediterranean-style estate was built in 1929 and boasts all the opulence of that era, right down to a giant, tiled master bathroom with elegant double sinks and a large, freestanding bathtub.
The home has six bedrooms, six bathrooms, a gym and a home theater.
Outside are multiple entertaining areas and a pool, plus a fireplace, fountain and stairs adorned with brilliantly colored tiles — and all of it surrounded by lush landscaping.
In recent months, Statham snagged a mid-century man cave in the Hollywood Hills, and the couple reportedly bought a $13-million mansion in Beverly Hills. Statham also owns a Malibu beach house.
The listing agent is Ben Bacal of Rodeo Realty.
