If you’re starting to struggle with the rigidity of your 3 meal, 1 snack-a-day food plan, I come bearing good news.

You now have a list of “unlimited foods” that you can munch on in unlimited quantities when you’re feeling hungry between meals. This list includes all non-starchy vegetables (carrots, bell peppers, mushrooms, broccoli, cauliflower, asparagus, tomatoes, spinach, zucchini, etc.), as well as several ingredients to jazz up your veggies: mustard, salsa, vinegar, lemons and limes, and any herbs and seasonings.

So stock your fridge with veggies and enjoy them any way you like -- raw, steamed, sautéed (in oil spray), roasted -- whenever you’re struggling with a growling stomach.
