The kids at the Children's Hospital of Philadelphia really know how to "Shake It Off."

The hospital released an adorable video of its young patients, staffers and one notable athlete lip-syncing and dancing to the hit Taylor Swift song. Their touching tribute has already garnered more than 200,000 views since it was posted on YouTube on Thursday.

The hospital explained in a Facebook post that its community came together for the project in honor of Child Life Month, which aims to "celebrate, honor and promote awareness and understanding of the child life profession, while educating others about the needs of children and families under stress," according to ChildLife.org.

"Our incredible team of Child Life Specialists, Child Activity Coordinators, Music and Art Therapists, teachers and dedicated volunteers have created something really special and fun to celebrate and spread awareness for ‪#‎ChildLifeMonth‬!" read the post. And special is definitely the right word for the four-minute video that even includes NFL player Devon Still and his daughter Leah at the 1:25 mark.

This isn't the first impressive musical effort by the Children's Hospital of Philadelphia. Back in September, its patients joined Sara Bareilles and Cyndi Lauper to star in "Truly Brave," a video collaboration launched by TODAY's own Hoda Kotb.
