It has never been easier or tastier to follow a gluten-free diet. There are a ton of delicious products on the market and every time I come across a particularly good one, I email friends who go gluten-free to spread the word. Whether you’re completely sans gluten or just want to cut back a bit, these snacks are sure to satisfy.

Setton Farms Pistachio Chewy Bites

These mini bars—made from pistachios, cranberries and agave nectar—are a great pre or post-workout snack. (I hear they also come in handy on the golf course.) And they’re low in sodium and vegan, which makes for an all-around good-for-you bite.

Yasso Frozen Greek Yogurt Bars

Move over ice cream. These frozen treats, made with real Greek yogurt, are truly delightful. In fact they’re so good that it’s hard to believe each bar has just 80 calories and 0 fat grams. And since Yasso bars are made from rBST-free milk and contain no artificial sweeteners, they’re an ideal treat for the entire family. Available in six flavors: blueberry, mango, coconut, strawberry, raspberry and vanilla bean.
