Shannen Doherty is proving that she can put on a brave face no matter what.

The 45 year-old actress shared a moving snapshot on Instagram on Friday, giving her fans a heartbreakingly honest glimpse into a very somber moment post-chemotherapy.

The chilling photo, one of many that she has bravely shared along her battle against breast cancer, shows a noticeably weaker Doherty lying still in a hospital bed.

"#FBF to a very short bit ago. Day after #chemoday isn't always so great. Sometimes one isn't able to dance, or eat or even to think about the next day," she wrote in the photo's caption.

"Sometimes it just feels like you aren't going to make it. That passes. Sometimes the next day or 2 days later or 6 but it passes and movement is possible."

The former "Charmed" and "Beverly Hills, 90210" star went on to include a dose of empowerment into her message, reminding her fans that hope is what keeps her going.

"Hope is possible. Possibility is possible. To my cancer family and everyone suffering.... stay courageous. Stay strong. Stay positive. #wegotthis #fightlikeagirl"

Doherty was diagnosed with breast cancer in March 2015, and revealed that it had spread to her lymphatic system in August of this year. Though throughout her fight she hasn't shied away from letting fans into some of her darkest and most personal moments, even offering a look into one of the most difficult parts of the process — shaving her head.

We're rooting and hoping for you, Shannen.
