But Thursday night, First Lady Michelle Obama's "Let's Move!" campaign released a video of the president and VP showing off their moves, going for a jog around the White House.

The video came on the heels of the first lady's appearance on "The Tonight Show" last week, where she promised that if enough people contributed photos and videos of themselves being active using #LetsMove, that the the president and vice president would get in on the action.

The video shows Biden entering the Oval Office, asking Obama if he's ready to move.

"Absolutely. Let's do this thing," Obama responded, before the two kicked off on a brisk jog through the White House, even passing Sunny and Bo, who seemed unimpressed.

Michelle Obama's "Let's Move" campaign launched in 2010, encouraging the country to get active in an effort to fight childhood obesity.
