We're down to the last day of our "60 Seconds to Surviving the Holiday Creep” series. TODAY's Joy Bauer and Jenna Wolfe have already shared their tips to indulging at holiday parties without gaining weight and staying on the fitness track. Today is about skinny holiday sippers and two must-do workouts you can do anywhere — and in only 60 seconds!

Nutritionist Joy Bauer has four festive beverages that you can enjoy guilt-free. Cheers!

Skinny Eggnog

Traditional eggnog can cost you up to 450 calories per 8 ounces—not to mention, 12 grams of saturated fat and more than 14 teaspoons of sugar. My skinny version satisfies your holiday hankering for half the calories and sugar, and a fraction of the fat.

To make:
Combine 5 cups 1% milk, 1 package (3.4 oz) vanilla instant pudding mix, 3/4 teaspoon rum extract, and 1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg in a blender. Pour into a pitcher and refrigerate for at least 20 minutes.

To serve, pour into glasses and sprinkle a little nutmeg on top.

Makes 5 (1 cup) servings; 175 calories per serving

Peppermint Hot Cocoa

My lightened-up version of this warm and soothing favorite has half the calories of the standard mug, but tastes every bit as rich and chocolaty.

To make:
Heat 3 cups skim milk in a small saucepan over medium-high heat until the milk is hot and starting to steam. Remove the pan from the heat and whisk in 4 teaspoons sugar, 1/4 teaspoon each peppermint and vanilla extracts, a pinch of kosher salt and 1/4 cup semisweet chocolate chips. Continue to whisk until the chocolate is completely melted.

Pour into mugs and garnish with aerated whipped cream.

Makes 3 (1 cup) servings; 175 calories per serving

Pomegranate Sparkler

Toast to your health with this good-for-you cocktail. Adding fruit juice to sparkling wine offers a few health perks in addition to a very merry red color.

Holiday Sangria

Amp up the health value of your red wine, which provides disease-fighting antioxidants, by combining it with sliced apples, pears and oranges. For a beverage bonus, try topping off each glass with a generous splash of seltzer to dilute the calories and make the drink last just a little longer.

Jenna has whipped up two must-do workouts that will keep you in shape and can be done anywhere:

1. Wall push-offs

Stand about 4 feet away from a steady wall. Fall towards the wall with hands practically touching. Push off and land back in the same position. Do 5 reps with your hands in that position. Now move your hands a few inches wider and do 5 reps. Keep moving wider and wider 5 times, doing 5 reps each and then do the same thing going the other way. Starting wide for 5 reps and moving in a few inches 5 times, until your hands are touching again.

2. 10 alternating slow oblique mountain climbers

10 supine side-to-side foot touches

10 jumping jacks (then 9 each, 8 each, then 7,6,5,4,3,2,1)
